Health and fitness is a subject that I am always exploring, and I like to browse around the net and find out as much as I can about healthy lifestyle choices. There is a lot of good health-related information out there, and a lot of bloggers put in considerable time and effort passing along some of the things that they have learned about the fitness lifestyle.
I happened to come across a piece on the Fit Fuel Blog the other day about the subject of being yourself at work, and how it can be detrimental to your health if you suppress your personality in order to conform with what is expected of you at work, not on a productivity level, but on a personal level. This piece really struck a chord with me, because I really agree with the blogger's point of view on the subject. Not only is it bad for your head to be pretend to be something that you're not at work, it also hampers your productivity.
Check out the Fit Fuel Blog if this kind of thing sounds as interesting to you as it is to me.
